Private Groups, Curated by You

Designed for both intimacy and transformation, this format combines deep personal care with the power of healing in your chosen community. Private Groups are curated-by-you: you choose a minimum of two other people to share this experience with—often family, friends, or members of a community you’re longing to deepen with. We create a safe, meaningful space for relationship-building and collective transformation. Many find that the breakthroughs and bonding that emerge continue to nourish their relationships long after the retreat ends.

These private retreats are tailored to your vision, with the option to include additional modalities such as sound healing, yoga, astrology, or bodywork—woven seamlessly into the ceremonial arc of the experience for you and your loved ones. This format is for anywhere from 3-14 people.

Each retreat is held by an exceptional team of highly trained facilitators, maintaining an intimate staff-to-participant ratio that allows for each guest to receive devoted and individualized attention and care.

What You’ll Experience 

  • 3 days / 2 nights, enabling both full immersion and real-life integration

  • 2 full sessions, each up to 8-9 hours in length

  • Highly skilled facilitators and support staff

  • Movement, breathwork and integration with the group each morning

  • Fresh, organic meals tailored to your dietary needs

  • Cacao and supplements served throughout the weekend

  • Luxury lodging for every individual

  • $15,000 total for up to 4 people ($3750/per person)

    Additional participants: $2500 each.

    • Individual Zoom preparation call  3–4 weeks before your session

    • In-person integration session during the event with a custom 30-day plan for your return into your life

    • Group Zoom follow-up integration call 2 weeks after the retreat

    • Detailed follow-up messaging with personalized resources, playlists and more

  • To help us work in sustainable ways, please note the following terms:

    1. A non-refundable deposit of $5000 is required within 24 hours of reservation to secure your spot. 

    2. Full payment is due no later than 14 days before the event.

    3. Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: your deposit can be applied towards a future Joytown session or gathering within one year. 

    4. Cancellation within 30 days: your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

    5. Cancellation within 14 days: you are responsible for the full price of the session (exceptions may be made for emergencies).

    6. If one of the guests anticipates arriving more than 30 minutes late, they must let us know in advance. Out of respect for the container and other participants, late arrivals beyond that window may not be permitted to join.
