What We Collect

When you interact with us - whether you're signing up for our email list, booking a session or retreat, filling out an intake form, or making a payment -  we may collect your name, email address, and phone number, payment information, and health or intake information when relevant to the work we're doing together.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to serve you and communicate with you about our work. That means confirming and managing your bookings, processing payments, sending you updates and offerings through our email list if you've opted in, and understanding your needs and health context so we can hold you well.

What We Will Never Do

Your information will never be sold to spam lists, marketing companies, or anyone else. It will never be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes or used to contact you with anything unrelated to Joytown and our offerings.

Third-Party Tools

To run our business we use a small number of trusted tools: an email marketing platform, booking and scheduling software, and a payment processor. These services only have access to your information to the extent needed to do their job, and each has their own privacy policy.

Your Health Information

Any health or intake information you share with us is held with the utmost care and confidentiality. It is used only to support the work we do together and is never shared with anyone outside of Joytown.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time. You may request that we delete your personal information by reaching out to us directly, or ask us anything about how your data is handled — we're an open book.
