Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of reservation to secure your spot. Full payment is due no later than 14 days before your event date.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and we do our best to work with you. Here's how cancellations are handled:

If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, your deposit can be applied toward a future Joytown session or gathering within one year. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within 14 days, you are responsible for the full price of the session. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the case of a genuine emergency.

Group Scheduling

Some gatherings require a minimum number of participants. In the rare event that we are unable to fill a group for a given date, we reserve the right to reschedule. In that case, we will work with you to find a new date or issue a refund.

Arrival

Out of respect for the container and for all participants, we ask that you arrive on time. If you anticipate arriving more than 30 minutes late, please let us know in advance. Late arrivals beyond that window may not be permitted to join the session.

Nature of the Work

Joytown offers somatic, therapeutic, and ceremonial experiences. By booking, you confirm that you are voluntarily choosing to participate and that you have disclosed any relevant physical or mental health conditions on your intake form. Our work is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.

Health & Intake Information

We ask all participants to complete a health and intake form prior to arrival. The information you share is held in strict confidence and used solely to support your experience. It is never shared outside of the Joytown team.

Supplements & Medicine

Supplements are offered as part of our retreats. By participating, you acknowledge that you have reviewed any relevant health and medical considerations and take responsibility for your own informed participation.

Photography & Privacy

Joytown is a private, confidential space. No photography or recording of other participants is permitted without explicit consent. Any content shared about your experience should protect the privacy of others in the group.
